1. Accounts and service

Accepting these Terms or registering forms an agreement for TalentGlade and TalentGlade ATS. Users must be 18+, authorised for their company, and keep details accurate and logins secure. Candidate profiles remain free; candidates control publication and optional sharing. Applying through TalentGlade ATS with a password starts a candidate profile from the application, and AI scans the CV to fill in that profile; candidates can review and edit everything it adds. Employers handle lawful recruitment; outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. Employer access and conduct

We may verify companies, review access and set reasonable limits. Use candidate data only for genuine recruitment by the approved organisation; identify yourself, provide privacy information, secure access and respect objections. Disclose representation before onward sharing. No resale, unrelated marketing/databases/model training, harassment, candidate fees, scraping, evasion, credit/trial abuse, malicious code or rights infringement. 3. Credits and payment

Prices, taxes and quantities precede one-time purchases. Eligible approved companies receive five free messages once. Paid credits last 12 months from activation; trial credits last while eligible. One credit sends one message to a candidate for the company’s authorised team, subject to availability, sharing choices and eligibility; it is returned when the candidate declines or does not answer within 14 days. No resale or outside transfers. Manual requests take no payment or credits before payment confirmation; card purchases require separate authorisation.

4. Errors and refunds

Report wrong or non-working contacts within 14 days of the candidate sharing them; confirmed errors restore one credit. No response or declined offers do not qualify. Business purchases are generally non-refundable after use/expiry except for duplicate charges, service failure, these Terms or law. Removed purchased access or convenience termination earns an equivalent option or proportionate refund for affected unused, unexpired credits. Free credits have no cash value.

5. Content and tools

Your content remains yours. You grant a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, format and display it for service operation, security and administration under your sharing choices. Submit authorised content only. Our software, design and branding remain ours. Verify AI/matching output; neither it nor shared contacts constitute background checks or hiring advice.

6. Changes and closure

We may change features, suppliers, eligibility, limits and future prices, discontinue features or restrict, suspend or close accounts for breach, fraud, security, legal or business reasons. We give reasonable notice or resolution opportunities where practicable; urgent action may be immediate. Material paid-access changes normally receive 30 days' notice. Purchased credit quantities/validity cannot be reduced; section 4 covers lost access. Material Terms changes are dated and notified as required. 7. Responsibility and disputes

Service is as available. Where lawful, implied business warranties and business liability for indirect loss, lost profits or opportunities are excluded. Liability to each business customer is capped at the greater of US$100 or its previous 12 months' fees; section 4 refunds remain payable. Businesses cover reasonable third-party claims directly caused by their unlawful recruitment, material breach or infringing content, except to the extent we caused the loss. These business limits do not apply to candidates or consumers. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, non-excludable injury, privacy or mandatory rights.

Wyoming law governs; business disputes belong in Wyoming courts. Consumers retain mandatory local law and court rights. For help, contact TalentGlade; this does not limit legal remedies.
